Emma sends all of her orders by courier in Australia, at no charge to you :) These are fully trackable via sendle.com.au

You will receive the tracking number upon dispatch. 

PLEASE NO PO BOXES IF POSSIBLE!

Delivery time: 

MELBOURNE METRO/MORNINGTON PENINSULA - 1/2 business days
REST OF AUSTRALIA - up to 5 business days (averagely)

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Your parcel will be sent to you via Australia Post with a tracking number. It can sometimes take 10 business days+ to reach you (as we are pretty far away down here!). International shipping is a flat rate of $20AUD

 

ALL CUSTOMERS, PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, couriers/postal services are an external service - so once the package leaves Emma's studio, she has no control over how it is treated. We will help to chase something that is missing, but please bear in mind, this is the couriers issue and not ours... Sendle have excellent customer service, and if you have your tracking number handy, they will be able to chase the parcel for you and see where it is, and help to reschedule delivery.
