 "The Poet" is a limited edition giclée print by artist Emma Morgan. The original artwork has been hand drawn onto cotton rag using high quality pigment ink pens and painted with watercolours. 

For me, this work is an expression of my deepest love for the flowers that made me a florist - despite how challenging they can be, there is nothing else i'd really rather work with. I've always been attached to them, even as a little girl, for their unique, ever-changing forms, gnarly textures and ancient origins. This rambling piece was composed as if I had to make an arrangement for someone who loves looking at these bizarre and gritty flowers as much as i do. 

Featuring tones of green, this banksia heavy artwork features mostly Australian natives, including 9 varieties of native banksia, Grevillea, flannel flower, paper daisies, wax flower, eucalyptus varieties, white Waratah and two varieties of Protea (South African, King White and Coronata). 

As a limited edition print, she comes in sizes A5; 148x210mm, A4; 210x297mm, A3; 297x420mm, or A2; 420x594mm, A1; 594x841mm A0; 841x1189mm and is limited to 100 copies per size. Each one is hand signed and numbered by Emma.

Small prints are flat packed in a cello bag with card backing for shipment, and larger prints are rolled up in a tube.
